The Coachouse is a lovingly traditionally restored and appointed first floor stone and rendered cottage located near Batimore West Cork Ireland. The Coachouse stands high-up on an elevated hillside overlooking Lough Hyne Lake (Marine Nature Reserve, which is a salt water lake connected to the open Atlantic by fast flowing Rapids) in a private and secluded location on the private grounds of Lough Hyne Farm. This self catering vacation rental holiday home is an ideal base for a rural getaway.

A nature lovers paradise, Lough Hyne and its beauty is so enchanting and its marine life so unique and varied, it became Irelands first and only Marine Nature Reserve in 1979. Lough Hyne Cottage and Lands are also within the proposed National heritage and Scientific Area of Ireland.

The Coachouse is totally separate from the main Lough Hyne Cottage on the farm. However, both properties can be rented as a complete property(7 persons) or as individual properties as required. Ideal location for a family holiday and a short drive from Skibbereen and Baltimore in West Cork.

The location and the views of the Lake and surrounding wooded landscape are breathtakingly beautiful, unspoilt, peaceful, with plenty of birdsong.
